Meet Juawn Jackson
Dr. Juawn A. Jackson is a life-long resident of Macon-Bibb County where he works, worships and resides. A 2012 graduate of the Bibb County School District, he would later become the youngest ever elected member of the Bibb County Board of Education and most recently served as president. Dr. Jackson, a graduate of the University of Georgia, Georgia College & State University, and Mercer University, is committed to education and has spent his career reducing barriers to college access for first-generation and limited income students in Middle Georgia. Dr. Jackson worships at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, where he serves as chairman of the Board of Trustees.
